High Speed Doors are not generally intended for Pedestrian Use. Where Pedestrians do use these Doors, additional Safety Measures must be taken. Additional Safety Photocells (or another acceptable sensing-device) positioned 0.9mm from the door, must be incorporated. Marcott are able to advise further on this matter.

MIO-STAR Doors
As standard, the Star is a Counterbalanced High Speed Roll-up Doors. This system allows the automatic opening of the door when power is not available.
The STAR Range boasts removable uprights, canopy, and roller, for inspection, replacement and general cleaning. This range includes the FDA (Food) regulated door.
Dimensions up to 4000 w. x 5000 h.
Curtains in this range can also be manufactured from a special rigid composite fabric or fully transparent.
The Star 250, with its compact structure (internal motor), high-speed performance and wide range of optional features, is the ideal door for rapid transit areas. Its design also makes it particularly suited to installation within structural openings.
